This 48-inch lifter blade is the most high-performing on the market. Other blade widths are available upon request (36″, 42″, 54″, 60″)
Sturdy and modular, easily convertible into other tools or upgradable.
Wide enough to prevent crop damage in a 60-inch center to center bed system.
Excellent for lifting carrots, parsnips, leeks, garlic, onions. Facilitates manual harvest in potatoes and Jerusalem artichokes.
The attacking tines ensure rapid penetration into the soil, even in compacted pathways.
We offer the 48″ blade to provide a 9″ margin on each side of carrot rows spaced at 30″ (3 rows per bed spaced 15″ apart). This margin allows for tolerance in tractor steering precision (especially on transverse slopes) and keeps the tines away from crop foliage, reducing the possibility of clogging.
We recommend using a hydraulic third point to easily adjust the attacking angle in the soil to minimize tractor effort.
It is possible to guide efficiently the depth of the blade using the tractor only (without a gauge wheel). However, the optional gauge wheel guarantees precision, reducing the required traction force by avoiding operating the blade at excessive depth. Very useful for lifting leeks, onions, and garlic very close to the roots without damaging the crop.
The lifter blade’s vertical tines can also serve as chisel teeth. To convert the lifter blade into a 3-tooth chisel, you can add an optional chisel tooth. Provided with a 2″ point and an attachment allowing it to be hung at the center around the third point.
Additional add-ons are available upon request, including an extra tool bars, coulters for cutting residues in pathways to prevent clogging, a coulter for cutting plastic at the center when converting the blade into a plastic lifter, plastic pulling blades, furrowers, etc.
