Delivery

Mana Culture inc remains the owner of the goods sold and delivered until all amounts have been fully paid and received.

All tools and equipment purchased on the manaculture.ca website can be picked up at the warehouse. You will receive a notification as soon as this equipment is ready to be picked up.

It is possible to have your order delivered to the place of your choice.

Delivery costs are at the customer’s expense. We use freight broker services such as FlagShip to provide the best rate and service. We do not charge handling fees.

We are working to ensure that you take possession of your purchases as quickly as possible. Several products remain in stock to quickly provide you with the equipment you need. Events beyond our control may extend delivery times and we will keep you informed of any event that may influence the delivery of your order.

The delivery will be made as soon as possible after the validation of the method of payment of the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination of the shipment and the availability of the products.

Barring exceptions, the transaction must be paid in full before Mana Culture proceeds to process the order. 

The customer is responsible for indicating on the delivery note if a product has been received damaged or is missing. If the receipt of the delivery is without a signature, the customer must take photographs and notify Mana Culture of any damaged or missing product received within five (5) working days of receipt of the order.

Tracking number

When possible and once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your delivery information, mode of transport and a tracking number. You can then click on the link to see the tracking information for your order.

Return and exchange

If the customer notifies Mana Culture of any non-compliant item within five (5) working days of delivery, Mana Culture may, at its option, take back or replace the non-compliant product or service or grant a credit to the Customer ; the replacement value or the credit granted cannot exceed the selling price of the nonconforming product or service. 

Reimbursement

If the customer wishes to return a product, he must notify Mana Culture within a maximum of thirty (30) days of receipt, indicating the reason for the return, in which case Mana Culture may authorize the return of the product to his sole discretion. The product must be intact, not having been altered and in its original packaging. Then, Mana Culture will issue a return authorization number. The costs and risks of the return will be borne by the customer. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable. The product must be accompanied by the invoice and the return authorization number. The product returned to Mana Culture will be examined. If the return is accepted, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the sale price paid. Charges may apply for the return of an oversized or large quantity product. The amount of such costs will be mentioned with the obtaining of the return authorization number. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of initial receipt of the product.

Under no circumstances will a product be replaced or service corrected, just as no refund will be granted if the product or service has been altered, modified or transformed since the date of delivery of the product and the performance of the service.

Transaction fees for payment by credit card

When paying by credit card, transaction fees are incurred by the payment platform and by Mana Culture. When requesting a refund, transaction fees are not refunded. We therefore cannot reimburse these costs. We find it heartbreaking not to be able to reimburse these fees when paying by credit card and have implemented several alternatives to avoid this situation such as payment by check, bank transfer and interac transfer.

Availability of ordered products

If an ordered product cannot be delivered due to a shortage of stock, the customer will be notified and will be offered one of the following three options:

  • Receive only the available products and be credited for the unavailable products ;
  • Accept a replacement product;
  • Cancel the order.

Mana Culture can in no way be held responsible for any damage suffered due to a shortage of stock.
